Seven Steps to Organizational Excellence
The Bridge Consulting Process is our signature 7-step process that is designed to align the values of your associates with the mission, vision, values, and strategy of the organization to propel both to greater levels of performance.
First, we ask: What is the problem?
We discover training necessities within the organization by conducting needs assessment interviews with key stakeholders at the organizational, task, and/or associate levels.
Second, we ask: What is the impact?
During the Discovery Session, you’ll gain an understanding of your organizational challenges and training needs and its impact of on your organizational performance.
Third, we ask: What is the solution?
With an understanding of your organization’s training needs, we’ll provide a range of values-centered organizational learning and development courses that are designed to achieve organizational excellence.
Fourth, we ask: How do we implement it?
To address the identified organizational training needs, we’ll implement customized workshops, seminars, and/or trainings that are scalable to reach diverse groups of participants at all levels within the organization.
Fifth, we ask: What is the anticipated outcome?
As a result of the organizational learning and development courses, values of associates are now much more aligned with the values and strategy of the organization. This leads to improved performance and success in accomplishing organizational goals and objectives.
Sixth, we ask: How do we measure it?
We will develop and implement an outcomes assessment to capture associates’ feedback and develop a summary report.
Seventh, we ask: How do we sustain it?
We will provide on-going consulting services to your organization to ensure transfer of learning that will guarantee continuous organizational improvements and excellence.
